EUのバイオジーゼル生産の成長率下落が続いている。
アメリカ、アルゼンチンなどからの輸入が急増しているためである。
不公正な輸入慣行に対抗してアンチダンピングなどの報復策を実施しているが、迂回策を使
われるために効果が出ていない。
バイオジーゼルの輸入価格が、原料となるヤシ油、菜種油の輸入価格を下回っている有様で
ある。
