テキサスで開催したバイオジーゼル業界の会議・展示会で、環境保護庁 (EPA) が改訂
中の再生可能燃料基準 (FRS2) の状況と、需要は2010年が11.5億ガロンで国策に沿っ
て増勢にあることを説明した。
業界団体は EPA が足を運んで FRS2 の説明をしたことに謝意を示しているが、参会者か
らは不謹慎な説明と態度に怒りと混乱が起きている。
